Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

If you are a consumer purchasing directly from the Arise Create Shop, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU and German consumer protection law.

2. Immediate Delivery of Digital Content

For paid digital content supplied without a physical medium, early loss of the right of withdrawal requires that performance has begun, you have expressly consented to performance before the withdrawal period expires, you have acknowledged the resulting loss of the right, and you have received the required contract confirmation (Section 356(6) and Section 312f BGB). Consent alone does not end the right of withdrawal. No purchase checkout is currently available in this Shop.

3. Subscriptions

No subscription is currently offered in this Shop. If a subscription is offered in the future, its cancellation and withdrawal terms must be stated with that offer.

4. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

If you have a right of withdrawal that has not expired, send a clear statement of your decision to withdraw, for example by email, to the address below within the applicable withdrawal period. You do not have to give a reason.
