What does a plugin cost?
Each plugin is a one-time purchase on the Elgato Marketplace. Its listing shows the current price. There is no subscription.
Why pay when a shortcut key is free?
A shortcut key presses blind. It cannot show whether you are muted or which Chrome profile is about to open. These keys show it before you press.
My old Teams keys stopped working. Will these work?
Yes. The old Teams plugin was removed from the Elgato Marketplace in December 2025, and Microsoft retired the interface it used on June 30, 2026. Arise Teams Controller does not use that interface. It works with the Teams desktop app on your computer.
Do I need to be technical?
Not for the Teams and Chrome keys: install the plugin, drag an action onto a key, and for Chrome pick your profile from a list. On a Mac, allow Stream Deck under Accessibility once for the Teams keys. Arise Python Commander is different. It needs Python 3 on your computer and a helper that you or your own AI agent writes.

Do I need a Stream Deck?
Yes. The plugins run inside Elgato's Stream Deck app, on a Stream Deck with keys.
Where does my data go?
None of our plugins needs an account with us, and none sends your data to an Arise server. They run on your computer.
How do I install a plugin?
Open the plugin's listing on the Elgato Marketplace, install it, then drag its actions onto keys in the Stream Deck app.
